Terms and Conditions
1. It’s Mandatory to have GST registration
2. Submission of application and fees does not confirm membership
3. End of membership:
- The membership ends if the membership period has ended and member has
not renewed it - In case membership dues is not paid
- In case a member deploys activities that may harm the interests of WAI
significantly, or in case a member acts in a way that in severe
contradiction with WAI aims and nature, the WAI withholds the right to
end the membership of the member involved
- Any member has the right to terminate his or her membership before the
formal end of the membership period. Termination has to be sent in
writing to the WAI Secretariat and does not constitute any right of
reimbursement of membership fees
- Transfer of membership: The membership can be transferred to the legal
heir of a member during or after his or her lifetime. The membership
shall be primarily in the name of the company. The member has to submit
in writing his or her interest in transferring the membership. A onetime
transfer fee of Rs.5000.00 shall be payable
